SFA have always maintained that in order to successfully engage a potential buyer and attract conference business to any city or destination, it is important to be able to put forward a strategic business case for holding an event or conference in the city, looking not only at the immediate tourism impacts of the meeting, but also at the potential long-term legacy effects and benefits. Our lead generation campaigns always focus on a city or town’s wealth in knowledge and ‘human capital’ and then target individuals and conferences within those areas. 

Our experience

Founder and owner Sarah Fleming has been working within the Meetings Industry for over twenty years and worked as a PCO for ten years. Since setting up SFA in 2010, she has successfully delivered lead generation services to many international clients. SFA’s 2016/2017 client portfolio includes: ADNEC in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority, ExCeL London, Meet in Ireland, Montreux-Vevey Tourisme in Switzerland, Visit Belfast in Northern Ireland, Visit Britain, Visit Oslo in Norway, Hotel Desk and the Italia Convention Bureau.
